Who we are

Taucap Private Limited processes the information you provide through Sonnet Skills to complete your purchase, give you access, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, payment status, order identifiers, attribution data (such as the ad or link you came from), device or session identifiers, and consent records. We also keep your checkout details if you start a checkout but don’t complete payment, so we can help you finish it.

When you use your account, we store your reading progress, the answers you give in chapter audits, and questions you ask inside a book. Our team can see this information to support you and to suggest relevant services.

Card, UPI and bank credentials are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Emails and marketing

We send emails needed for your purchase and account, such as payment confirmations and access details. Tips and offers are sent separately, and every such email has an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent at any time by contacting support.

Advertising and measurement

Our pages carry the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you viewed and whether you started or completed a purchase, so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people like you. When you buy, we also send Meta your order value and a hashed — not readable — form of your email address and mobile number, so the sale can be matched to the ad that led to it.

You can turn this off in your Meta account settings, through your browser's cookie controls, or with any ad or tracking blocker. Nothing about your purchase or your access to what you bought depends on it.

The NEXPMX trial

Some purchases include a free trial of NEXPMX, our business-management product. Sonnet Skills and NEXPMX are both operated by Taucap Private Limited — the same company — so nothing here goes to a third party.

Nothing at all is passed to NEXPMX when you buy. Your name, email address and mobile number are used to open a NEXPMX workspace only at the moment you choose to activate the trial, and only so that the workspace and your login can be created. Your reading, your audit answers and your payment details are not.

Because it is one company, we can see that the workspace was created, whether it was opened during the trial and whether the trial was taken up. What you put into NEXPMX — your projects, clients and files — is yours, is held under the NEXPMX terms, and is not used for anything on this side. If you would rather no workspace existed at all, simply don’t activate the trial; nothing else you bought depends on it.

The WhatsApp community

After you buy, we invite you to a WhatsApp community. Joining is entirely up to you: you follow a link and join yourself. We do not message you on WhatsApp, and we do not give your mobile number to WhatsApp or to anyone else in order to add you. Inside the community, what you post and the number you post it from are visible to other members and are governed by WhatsApp’s own terms. You can leave at any time.

We ask for your mobile number at checkout so we can reach you about your order, and to call you if you book a diagnostic. That is all it is used for.

Retention and sharing

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary. It may be shared with service providers such as payment, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement or hosting providers, under appropriate safeguards.
